 Returns the title of a Menu

 Function:      NGmenuTitle()

 Syntax:        NGmenuTitle(i) --> cMenuTitle

 Description:   This function returns the Title of a menu.

 Returns:       The title of the Menu, <i> must be between
                in the range [1..NGmenus()].
